I have such amazing news!
My advisors at Baylor have been working hard to help me financially plan for next coming semester (i.e. tuition, books, rent) And my dear advisor, Monica, confirmed with me this morning that I have been approved for a scholarship that will support me for over HALF my tuition costs for the Spring!!!
Such a blessing to have such amazing people in my corner; I have Papa Fitz to thank for that.
I miss you so much Dad.

^ Two years ago Papa Fitz came to Waco for a visit when I over-committed to running the half-marathon at Baylor! Dad showed his support in running the 6k and kicking ass just like he always did! I will never forget his smile and embrace after I finally finished that run. He was and is my biggest motivator. I am honestly just starting to realize that now that he is gone...

So great to hear about the scholarship news.... thanks for setting up this site and for using it to share the priceless moments of joy that your dad brought to so many of us.... I had to post one of my favorite waterpolo photos taken at Whits senior grad game at valley.... I always sought him out in the stands for every game trying (& often failing) to follow his lead on how to root loud for his daughters!!
Please keep sharing each moment of joy as they come to mind knowing that they also hold us up through the sorrow of losing him🙏🏽🙏🏽💕💕
